Project HOME:

Project HOME is My Tyme Missouri's answer to GLBT rights in the Mineral Area! Though it is the second chapter of My Tyme, the idea for our organization was birthed in Park Hills, Mo after realizing the plight still faced by many, many members of the GLBT community in our state!

Project HOME is currently seeking members and volunteers as well as a consistent and dedicated volunteer staff to help in running and organizing efforts in the Mineral Area!

 

Project Home's future efforts include:

• A GSA on Mineral Area College Campus
• Rallies and Demonstrations (Including a large Equality Fair)
• A GLBT focused Library/Cafe/Book and Video Store
• A Central Office with Hotlines, Employment Agency, Youth Counseling, and HIV testing

Many of these are in the long term, but Project HOME does hold open meetings and will be conducting rallies very soon.
